Gabby is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist passionate about helping people move with confidence and achieve meaningful health goals. She completed her Bachelor of Exercise and Sport Science at the University of Notre Dame (2022) and her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology at Curtin University (2025).
Gabby has experience across community gyms, private multidisciplinary clinics, and organisations supporting neurological and chronic conditions, including Multiple Sclerosis Western Australia and Brightwater. She helps people living with musculoskeletal, cardiovascular, metabolic, and women’s health concerns, as well as those with Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis, stroke, and brain injury. During her studies, Gabby contributed to research in running biomechanics for individuals living with Cerebral Palsy.
Gabby loves learning about people’s stories and what matters to them. She takes a holistic and personalised approach, looking at the whole person and working collaboratively to help clients feel stronger, more confident, and empowered. She focuses on building confidence in the body, strength, balance, and long-term health.
Outside the clinic, Gabby stays active through running, gym training, and ch arity events, and enjoys family, friends, country music, rodeos, and line dancing.
