Rosalyn is a Post Graduate Physiotherapist with over 20 years clinical experience. She completed her undergraduate physiotherapy degree in South Africa in 2001, a Masters degree in Sports and Exercise Medicine at the Queen Mary University of London in 2009 and a conversion Physiotherapy degree from Curtin University in 2012 when immigrating to Australia. She is also trained in strength and conditioning, Pilates, dry needling and the ‘Good Life with Hip and Knee Osteoarthritis’ program.
She has extensive experience working with a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, persistent spinal pain, osteoarthritis, post-operative orthopedics, and sports injuries. Rosalyn has a strong ability to connect with individuals of all ages, and her patient-centred approach is both motivating and effective. She excels at helping her patients comprehend their pain and implements personalised treatment or group rehabilitation plans that empower them to return to their much loved activities.
Rosalyn has always had a love for exercise and enjoys running, swimming and going to the gym as well as taking a special interest in her children’s sports mostly tennis and hockey.
