Rachel graduated from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2012 and started her career in the hospital sector. She gained experience in all areas of inpatient and outpatient care including Emergency Department, Rehabilitation. Falls Clinic and Parkinson’s Clinic at Joondalup Health Campus.
Having developed a passion for vertigo, balance and falls, Rachel has been working in private practice since 2019 in the area of vestibular rehabilitation and neurology.
She has travelled to Atlanta USA to further her knowledge in vestibular rehabilitation, obtaining certificates in Vestibular Rehabilitation. Firstly a Competency Based Course in 2016, secondly attending the Neuro-otological Society of Australia’s conference in 2019 and most recently Advances in Vestibular Rehabilitation course in 2020. She has also completed further education in concussion management and Parkinson’s Disease.
Outside of physiotherapy, Rachel enjoys going to the beach, pilates and reading.
