Lara is an APA titled Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist having completed an undergraduate degree in Physiotherapy with honours (Curtin University, 2010) and a Masters of Clinical Physiotherapy majoring in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy (Curtin University, 2018).

Lara is the physiotherapist for the West Coast Eagles Football Club WAFL team and has been a sports trainer for the AFL team since 2010.   She was previously the head physiotherapist for Trinity Aquinas Amateur Football Club.  Lara has experience working across a wide range of sports including AFL, baseball, netball and touch rugby. She is involved in athlete screenings, along with injury treatment, rehabilitation, and prevention.

Lara has experience with treating a wide range of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, ranging from acute to chronic in presentation. She also has expertise in gym based exercise rehabilitation. Lara runs some Exercise Rehabilitation classes, which are individually structured with the aim to assist participant’s return to full function and capacity, whether it is post injury, or for a general conditioning program.

Away from work Lara is a keen netballer and runner herself.
